Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your Creaxe experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the Platform.
Pro Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your Creaxe Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 7 days of the charge date
- Refunds are limited to one per subscription period
- After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day refund window, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
AI Credit Pack Refunds
AI credit packs are eligible for a refund only if no credits from the pack have been used. Once any credits from a purchased pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
- Free bonus credits included with purchases are non-refundable and will be removed upon refund
- Credits earned through daily rewards, promotions, or sign-up bonuses are not eligible for refund
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:
- Send an email to support@creaxe.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your account email address and the transaction details (date of purchase, amount)
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for credit packs) or 7 days ago (for subscriptions)
- Requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
