This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Creaxe platform. By using Creaxe, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Permitted Use

Creaxe is designed for creating graphic designs, social media content, marketing materials, and other visual content for personal and commercial purposes. You are encouraged to:

  • Create original designs using our templates, tools, and AI features
  • Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and edit images and videos
  • Share and export your creations for personal, educational, or business use
  • Collaborate with others on design projects
  • Use provided templates and assets in your designs in accordance with our licensing terms

Prohibited Content

You may not use Creaxe to create, upload, store, or distribute content that:

Violence and Harm

  • Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against individuals or groups
  • Contains graphic depictions of real-world violence or gore
  • Threatens, intimidates, or encourages harm to any person
  • Promotes self-harm or suicide

Illegal Content

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including drug trafficking or fraud
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents

Child Safety

  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Sexualizes minors in any way, including through AI-generated content
  • Any suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities

Harassment and Hate

  • Harasses, bullies, or intimidates any individual or group
  • Promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Contains personal information of others shared without their consent (doxxing)

Deceptive Content

  • Creates fraudulent documents, fake identities, or counterfeit materials
  • Produces misleading content designed to deceive or manipulate others
  • Impersonates real individuals, brands, or organizations without authorization

AI Generation Guidelines

When using Creaxe’s AI-powered tools, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • No deepfakes: Do not use AI tools to create realistic images or videos of real people without their explicit consent
  • No misinformation: Do not generate content intended to spread false information or mislead the public
  • Disclose AI usage: When required by applicable law or platform policies, disclose that content was generated or modified using AI
  • Respect content policies: All AI-generated content must comply with the prohibited content rules listed above
  • No circumvention: Do not attempt to bypass content safety filters or moderation systems through prompt manipulation or other techniques

Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a combination of automated systems and human review:

  • Content moderation: AI-generated content and uploads may be screened for policy violations
  • User reports: We investigate reports of policy violations from other users
  • Warnings: Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning and content removal
  • Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension
  • Termination: Severe violations (including CSAM, credible threats of violence, or illegal activity) will result in immediate and permanent account termination

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion and are not obligated to provide notice before removing content or suspending accounts.
